Biography:

Jessica is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and has dual residency trained in orthopedics and women's health. Ms. Pyatt returned to Sitka following completion of a one year Women's Health / Pelvic and Health Physical Therapy Residency.

Jessica is Treating: Bowel and bladder dysfunction, Pelvic pain, Pregnancy: pelvic girdle pain, musculoskeletal, pain, safe exercise, Post-partum: addressing body changes after giving birth; pelvic floor, abdominal wall, body mechanics, Osteoporosis: safe exercise and fall prevention, Dysfunction following treatments for breast cancer, female cancers and prostate cancer, Lymphedema treatment for swelling, Continuing to treat musculoskeletal aches and pains with movement analysis, hands on treatment and stabilization exercises to assist you in doing the activities you want to do, Running analysis; treatment for runners and athletes of all types and abilities and Dry needling for musculoskeletal pain.
