Social Services

The Social Services Department provides supportive counseling for patients and/or family members that they may need during hospitalization.

Social Services staff will help patients identify and qualify for resources to which they may be entitled. This may include healthcare coverage, for example, MEDICAID, MEDICARE, VA, or insurance policies that may be available under the Affordable Care Act. It may also include financial resources from Social Security, the Division of Public Assistance, Tribal or private charitable organizations.
