Biography:
A pediatric occupation therapist, Lois uses a family centered approach and a variety of fun activities to help children strive toward his/her unique potential in the following areas: self confidence and self-esteem building; social skills & behavior; sensory processing and sensory integration; strength, balance and motor planning; hand-eye coordination; cognition and visual perception; fine motor skills; handwriting; self-care (feeding, toileting, dressing); play and successful participation in the occupation of living.Lois completed her Occupational Therapy degree in Western Australia in 1994. Since then, she has practiced occupational therapy in 3 continents with people of all ages in a variety of settings. When not traveling, she enjoys spending time outdoors.
