Biography:

Tori Hay graduated with a degree in occupational therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 1996. After returning home to Sitka to complete her internships in 1997, she took a job with Providence Health System in Portland, Oregon working in both rehabilitation outreach to Beaverton schools, acute care, and mental-health settings.

She returned back home in 2005 with her husband Mike Hay who is a teacher at Mt. Edgecumbe High School. She has been practicing occupational therapy in Sitka since then and has special interests in infant and child development, sensory-integration and helping people achieve their goals with an emphasis on family and client centered therapy. Tori has her Basic Certificate in D.I.R. (Developmental, Individual, and Relationship based) therapy, and is certified in Sensory Integration.

She loves spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as dancing with the local New Archangel Dancers group.
