About Our Services
You might think that it's all about the baby, but we make sure that the mother, father and other family members are taken care of, as well. From childbirth education classes to family participation in delivery, we offer the whole family a first-rate birthing experience.
Our OB Unit features state-of-the-art equipment, including portable ultrasound, ambulatory fetal monitoring and a Jacuzzi tub to comfort you during labor.

Mountainside Family Healthcare, an Outpatient Department of Sitka Community Hospital - Old, provides prenatal care. We at Mountainside Family Healthcare are excited for you and your family. We're here to assist you in every step during the next 10 months and beyond.

Mountainside Family Healthcare is open Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. On Thursdays, they are open from 9:00am to 5:00pmAfter Hours, Weekends and Holidays
To maximum extent possible, you should contact Mountainside Family Healthcare during the hours of operation. If a problem arises outside our office hours and it appears to be an emergency condition (potential loss of life, limb, or vision), call 911. For non-life threatening emergencies or urgent care issues outside of regular business hours, please go to Sitka Community Hospital - Old Emergency Room.
For pregnancy related issues that need immediate attention outside business hours, a provider will be on-call 24 hours/ 7 days a week. The hospital staff will know how to contact the provider from Mountainside Family Healthcare for your pregnancy care.
